The FDA Won’t Release Autopsy Results On People Who Died After Vaccination

The United States Food & Drug Administration (FDA) won’t release autopsy results of deceased patients who died after receiving COVID-19 vaccines.

The FDA is hiding behind personal information laws, but it would be easy and legal to release the results with names and personal info redacted. Media outlets are requesting the results via Freedom of Information Act requests; but currently the FDA refuses to comply.

Health officials are supposed to investigate and report adverse events, including deaths, related to vaccines by any means necessary — including autopsies. Somewhere a complete ledger exists that holds all of the real information regarding vaccines and their actual side effects; but will it ever see the light of day?

The FDA said they can withhold information if the agency “reasonably foresees that disclosure would harm an interest protected by an exemption,” with the exemption being “personnel and medical files and similar files the disclosure of which would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.”

Kim Witczak, a drug safety advocate who advises the FDA as part of the Psychopharmacologic Drugs Advisory Committee, admitted to reporters that the results could be released with personal information blacked out.

It is difficult to quantify what the FDA knows about vaccine deaths because the data is so easily suppressed

“The personal information could easily be redacted without losing the potential learnings from [the] autopsy,” Witczak told The Epoch Times via email. She also noted that much of the data is self-collected. “If someone submits their experience to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) they want and expect to have it investigated by the FDA. This includes autopsy reports.”

She also stressed the importance of autopsies (postmortem analyses of the body) in determining the safety of vaccines. “Autopsies can be an important part of postmortem analysis and should be done especially with increased deaths following COVID-19 vaccination,” Witczak said.

The issue really boils down to the gray nature of statistical reporting, especially the government’s willingness (or lack thereof) to admit that COVID-19 vaccines have been in any way dangerous. Every aspect of the issue can be argued “for” or “against” the party line, depending on where your loyalties lie. For example, the FDA claims that only around 16,000 people died directly after vaccination in over 600 million administered doses — a very small percentage. Of course, the statistical accuracy of this information boils down to how information is classified; adverse reactions can be attributed to whatever a “doctor” decides, so we often do not know what really happened without an autopsy after that fact.

But of course, we’ll likely never see that hard-boiled information.

  1. The recommended initial dose is 20 mg four times a
day. After one week treatment with the initial dose, the
dose may be increased to 40 mg four times a day unless side
effects limit dosage escalation. If efficacy is not achieved within 2 weeks or side effects require doses below 80 mg per day, the drug should be discontinued.
