Nurse Recruitment Campaign

CHALLENGE:

HCA Healthcare, as many healthcare organizations, is experiencing nurse staff shortages. We were tasked with coming up with a creative way to engage new grad nurses looking to start their careers.

SOLUTION:

We worked with HCA Healthcare to create a series of TikTok-style videos that mimicked current popular styles. The videos were fun, concise, and whimsical, designed to capture the attention of young audiences while still effectively and respectfully conveying the benefits of becoming a nurse at HCA Healthcare. We launched the campaign on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. Within just two months of its launch, here were the results:
